When you reach out, we keep it straightforward: we clarify what you need, handle the work, and keep you updated along the way. Clear communication matters more than speed-for-show.

The goal is simple: your online presence stays in good shape, and small issues don’t turn into ongoing noise.

Ongoing support (web + practical IT)

Support needs to be joined up: your website and hosting, plus the practical IT details around email, logins, DNS, and devices that keep everything connected.

That might mean a website update or a hosting issue — but it can just as easily be help with a new laptop setup, browser problems, email that isn’t arriving, or 2FA and password managers.

While not a full IT helpdesk, it’s not “just web work” either. It’s the overlap small businesses actually need — handled calmly.

  • Response within 24 hours (response ≠ resolution; not 24/7)
  • Unused included time expires monthly (no carry-over)
