My approach

Digital support works best when it stays steady: clear communication, predictable next steps, no unnecessary noise.

At a pleasant view I help small businesses with their online presence: websites, hosting, and the practical IT around them. When something needs attention, you know who to turn to.

Here's how I work, what I support, and where I draw the line.

A simple way of working

Most small businesses don't need more tools. They need one steady place to turn to.

When you reach out, I keep it straightforward: we clarify what you need, I handle the work, and I keep you posted along the way. Clear matters more than fast.

That way your online presence stays in good shape, and small things don't become ongoing noise.

Ongoing support (web + practical IT)

Support needs to join up: your website and hosting, plus the practical IT around them. Email, logins, DNS, and the devices that keep everything connected.

That might be a website update or a hosting issue. It could just as easily be setting up a new laptop, browser problems, email that isn't arriving, or 2FA and password managers.

Not a full IT helpdesk, but not just web work either. Exactly the overlap small businesses tend to need. Handled calmly.
