- Setting up new laptops or devices
- Browser problems and small software issues
- Keeping the basics in order: analytics, search tools, hosting checks
Intended for the practical IT that comes up in the normal working day. For larger infrastructure projects, this isn't the right place.
Part of the support plan
IT support is the other side of the same plan that also covers website maintenance. One point of contact for your website and for the practical IT around it, without finding a new party for every small thing.
Terms
- €85/month (incl. VAT)
- Up to 1 hour of support per month
- Response within 24 hours (response ≠ resolution; not 24/7)
- Unused included time expires monthly (no carry-over)
